Your tasks:
As Executive Chef (m/f/d) you are a very important part of our creative team and have the freedom and opportunity to bring your ideas and trends to the menu.

Your varied tasks include, among other things:

• Mainly responsible for the management, motivation, inspiration and guidance of the approx. 30 kitchen employees and trainee chef
• Efficient planning and control of the kitchen budget incl. Efficient planning and control of the kitchen budget including the use of goods and staff
• Placing orders
• Implementation of innovative and trend-conscious menus and thus the design of our menus

Ensuring and monitoring correct compliance with HACCP guidelines

• Versatile support of the team from the breakfast area to casual fine dining à la carte to menus and buffets for conferences
• Close cooperation with the hotel manager and other departments

Your profile:

• Completed chef training
• Professional experience as a head chef (m/f/d) or as a sous chef (m/f/d)
• At least 1-2 years of leadership skills and team spirit. 1-2 years of leadership skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of merchandise management, costing and cost control
• High level of trend awareness
• Passion for culinary art and creativity
• Social media & marketing skills
• Training licence an advantage
• Good German and English skills
• Quality awareness
• Flexibility and commitment
• Host mentality and an open nature
