Funciones del puesto de jefe de partida: Excelentes dotes de liderazgo. Preparar ingredientes frescos para el menú siguiendo recetas específicas. Cocinar y preparar platos de primera calidad dentro del tiempo establecido. Probar la comida para verificar el punto de preparación y la temperatura. Utilizar el equipo de cocina de forma segura y responsable. Velar y supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de limpieza y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC).
