Position Overview The F&B Service Intern (Waiter/Waitress) will assist the restaurant and bar teams in delivering high-quality service to hotel guests. This internship offers the opportunity to learn service standards in a luxury resort environment while developing customer service and hospitality skills. Key Responsibilities • Assist waiters and supervisors during restaurant service. • Help with table setup, mise en place, and restaurant preparation before service. • Serve food and beverages following the hotel’s service standards. • Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and organized. • Support the team in delivering a high level of guest satisfaction. • Learn about menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings. • Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. • Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols. Requirements • Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related studies. • Strong interest in Food & Beverage service. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset. • Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment. • Basic level of English; German or Spanish is a plus.
