We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sommelier to join our Lifestyle dining division for our seasonal hiring. As a Sommelier, you will assist in curating an exceptional beverage experience for our guests, focusing on our diverse wine and sake selections. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for wine, a flair for customer service, international experience and the ability to create memorable dining experiences through expert wine pairings.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Assisting the Sommelier Team in all tasks
- Assists guests with wine selections in a helpful, thoughtful, and gracious manner.
- Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware
- Informing guests on the variety of wines available.
- Store open bottles properly to maintain taste
- Training FOH team members on available wines in the absence of Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
