Your tasks Enforce the highest standards of cleanliness across all kitchens, food preparation areas, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring compliance with local health regulations. Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the stewarding team. Oversee daily shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage during peak dining and banquet periods. Maintain par stocks of operating equipment (china, glassware, flatware). Conduct routine inventories, prevent breakage, and requisition replacements. Monitor the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and machinery (e.g., dishwashing machines, trash compactors) to maximize efficiency. Requirements
• 2-5 years of proven leadership experience in stewarding or F&B operations within a high-volume hotel or resort. • Deep understanding of food safety guidelines, sanitation protocols, and occupational health and safety (OSHA/HACCP) standards. • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and labor cost management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English • German and/or French is a plus
