Über unsWir suchen Verstärkung für unser Team an der Rezeption! Unser Haus umfasst 28 Gästezimmer, ein Restaurant mit Wirtshaus Küche und Fine Dining, zwei Seminarräume, Außenpool und eine kleinen Kapelle für Hochzeiten und Taufen. Hotel- und Restaurantbetrieb: Donnerstag bis Sonntag. Montag bis Mittwoch abwechselnd mit den Kolleg*innen Home Office möglich. Der AufgabenbereichEmpfangen und Verabschieden unserer Gäste (Check-In und Out) Positive Repräsentation des Hotels sowie professioneller und herzlicher Empfang der Gäste Gästebetreuung, Concierge Tätigkeiten sowie alle anfallenden Empfangsarbeiten Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen sowie die damit verbundene Korrespondenz Gewissenhafte Kassenführung und Abrechnung Beschwerdemanagement Übersicht der Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeit, Seminare etc. Was ist der Verdienst?Erstes Monat = Probemonat. Verdienst nach KV! Überzahlung ab dem zweiten Monat bei entsprechender Qualifikation: 0-3 Jahre Erfahrung: 1.800 netto 3-5 Jahre Erfahung: 2.000 netto 5+ Jahre Erfahrung: ab 2.200 netto
Requirements
• Perfekte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Fachgerechte Ausbildung und mind. 1 Jahr facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung • Fit am PC – Protel Kenntnisse von Vorteil • Eigenständiges Arbeiten • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
