Emphasize guest experience, problem solving, proficiency with property management systems, and cash and card transaction handling. Requirements: Minimum Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio or Superior, 2–3 years of relevant hospitality experience, professional level English (Inglés Profesional), excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, and availability for the 16:00 - 22:00 intensiva tarde shift. - Mínimo 2-4 años de experiencia en gestión de apartamentos turísticos, alquiler vacacional u hostelería - Experiencia práctica con sistemas de gestión de reservas (PMS) como Guesty, Lodgify, Hostaway o similar - Alta capacidad organizativa: capaz de gestionar múltiples propiedades y tareas simultáneamente - Actitud amable, positiva y orientada al huésped - Persona proactiva y autónoma, capaz de trabajar de forma independiente en horario de tarde - Habilidad comercial y facilidad para el upselling - Buenas habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés (otros idiomas son un plus) - Persona organizada, responsable y con alta ética de trabajo
