🧑‍💼Ajudant de recepció hotel 4* Ubicació: Santa Susanna Empresa: AQUA Hotel Aquamarina Jornada: Completa torn de matí i tarda segons necessitats Tipus de contracte: Fixe discontinu Quin serà el teu rol? La persona seleccionada gestionarà l’atenció al client a la recepció, garantint un servei eficient, professional i personalitzat, contribuint a oferir una experiència satisfactòria durant tota l’estada. Les teves funcions principals seran: • Realitzar els processos de check-in i check-out. • Atendre i resoldre consultes, sol·licituds i incidències dels clients. • Gestionar reserves, modificacions i cancel·lacions. • Proporcionar informació sobre els serveis de l’hotel i del destí. • Coordinar amb altres departaments per garantir el servei (pisos, manteniment, restauració). • Gestionar cobraments, facturació i arqueig de caixa. • Atendre trucades telefòniques i correus electrònics. • Aplicar estàndards de qualitat i protocols de l’hotel. ✅ Què busquem? • Experiència demostrable en recepció d’hotel (es valorarà experiència prèvia en un lloc similar). • Coneixements de Microsoft Office; es valoraran coneixements del programa Avalon. • Nivell avançat d’anglès i francès, o bé nivell avançat d’anglès i un altre idioma, amb coneixements de francès. • Grau en Turisme o estudis similars o experiència demostrable. • Persona autònoma, responsable i amb alta orientació al client. • Flexibilitat horària. 🎯 Què oferim? • Remuneració segons conveni • Torns seguits de matí o de tarda, segons les necessitats del servei. • Bon ambient de treball • Incorporació a un equip dinàmic i professional • Descomptes en gimnàs • Servei de telemedicina, telerehabilitació i psicologia • Formació contínua
