Portals Hills Boutique Hotel, a charming boutique property with 31 rooms, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2026 season.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist guests, serving as the first point of contact for all guest interactions.
Manage pre-arrival calls and post-departure emails to ensure a personalized guest experience.
Handle reservations accurately using Opera Cloud or similar systems.
Create individual offers for room reservations tailored to guest preferences.
Promote hotel products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate guest services and concierge activities, including restaurant bookings, excursions, and local recommendations.
Handle yacht reservations and other premium services.
Support front office operations during morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in front office roles, preferably in boutique hotels.
Professional English proficiency.
Experience with Opera Cloud
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to create tailored offers and promote hotel services.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
