Mission: The Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests. What will I be doing? • Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy. • Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures. • Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests • Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night • Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day • Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift What are we looking for? • Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be considered a plus • Good knowledge of Opera PMS • Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category • Reliability, problem solving skills. The position can be classified at level B2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level B2: € 1.941,49 gross monthly). The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between € 27.180,86 and € 30.000,04, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.  Further information on framing, economic treatment, any reward systems, welfare and company benefits will be provided during the selection process.
