Brand Manager

What will be your mission? 
The Senior Brand Manager – NH Collection is responsible for shaping and safeguarding the brand’s premium positioning across Europe. This role drives operational marketing excellence, ensures brand consistency at every touchpoint, and supports hotels in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience. What will you do? 
Brand & Operational Marketing Leadership • Lead the execution of B2C operational marketing initiatives for NH Collection Hotels & Resorts across Europe • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all properties • Support the rollout of guest experience initiatives and operational brand standards at hotel level Hotel Support & Collaboration • Act as a key partner to hotels, providing guidance on marketing, branding, and design needs • Build strong relationships with General Managers and property marketing teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing • Identify best practices and scalable initiatives across the portfolio Marketing Planning & Execution • Oversee the implementation of the global NH Collection marketing plan at property level • Support the development and execution of tailored marketing plans for flagship hotels • Contribute to regional and hotel-level media plans, ensuring high-quality creative execution Openings, Rebrandings & Asset Development • Lead marketing activities for new openings and rebrandings, including visual identity, collateral, digital assets, photoshoots, and events • Coordinate product and lifestyle photoshoots Content, Digital & Brand Governance • Ensure all brand assets and materials are used correctly • Support website and landing page content alignment • Oversee Social Media and PR alignment with brand standards • Support CRM and loyalty campaigns with on-brand creative input Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Brand Strategy, Customer Experience, and Operations • Deliver brand training and provide brand expertise across departments What are we looking for? 
Education & Background • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage • Proven international work experience Skills & Expertise • Fluent English (written and spoken); proficiency in a second major European language (Spanish, Italian, or German) is required • Strong business and marketing acumen, combined with analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to translate data into impactful, creative marketing concepts • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Good understanding of social media platforms and content management systems (e.g. WordPress) • Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI tools is a plus Reporting Line & Location • Reports to the Senior Director, B2C Operational Marketing • Based in Madrid (hybrid working model) Why choose us?
