Marketing Intern

What will be your mission? 
As a Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Trainee, you will support the Operational Marketing activities while learning how a hospitality Brand & Marketing department operates. You will work closely with the Brand & Marketing team of both Tivoli Hotels & Resorts and the Colbert Collection. What will you do? 
 • Assist in overseeing the hotels' strategic Marketing plan, learning how campaigns and initiatives are developed and executed. • Support the preparation of presentations for internal meetings. • Help monitor the marketing budgets, assisting with tracking expenses, forecasts and payments. • Support project coordination with external design and creative agencies. • Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and commercial documents. • Help ensure brand guidelines are respected across all platforms and materials. • Assist with content management on online platforms and offline communication materials. • Support the development of promotional offers and packages for different target audiences. • Assist with organizing photo and video shoots, helping with setup, schedules, and coordination. • Contribute to basic copywriting and short translations for marketing materials. • Research potential partnerships, sponsorships, and local collaborations that could benefit the brands awareness. What are we looking for? 
EXPERIENCE Previous hospitality experience (internships, part‑time roles, school projects) is appreciated.        QUALIFICATIONS • Currently studying or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing or Communications program. • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus. • Good level of English, both written and spoken. PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong interest in Brand and Marketing in the hospitality sector. • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance. • Creativity and aesthetic sensitivity, with an eye for detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English. ADITTIONAL INFORMATION • Will report to the Brand and Marketing Director for Tivoli Hotels & Resorts and Colbert Collection. • The position will be based at the Madrid Regional Office. Location is Lisbon Regional Office can be considered, depending on the candidate’s profile. • Full-time paid internship, with a duration of one year (6 months + 6 months). Why choose us?
