Let’s Go Lisbon! Opening in 2026, The Standard, Lisbon marks our arrival in one of Europe’s most exciting cities. Set within Palácio Santa Clara above the streets of Alfama, the hotel blends historic character with a bold, contemporary spirit. Rooted in food, music, art, and culture, the property will feature 165 guestrooms, 24 apartments, and a dynamic collection of social spaces, including bars, restaurants, café, pool deck, rooftop, event spaces, and 24 hour In Room Dining. As we enter pre opening, we are seeking an F&B Manager (Outlets Manager) to play a key operational role within our Food & Beverage leadership team. The Role As F&B Manager (Outlets Manager), you will act as deputy to the F&B Director and take ownership of the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets. This is a highly hands on role, with responsibility for service delivery, performance, staffing, and guest experience across multiple venues. You will maintain a strong floor presence, support Floor Managers and Supervisors, and ensure standards, productivity, and brand experience are consistently delivered. You will also play a key role in recruitment, training, labour planning, payroll control, and operational compliance. This is a fast paced, high volume environment requiring a confident operator who can lead from the front, thrive under pressure, and be highly visible across service, events, and nightlife programming. About You You will have at least three years’ experience in a senior operational F&B or Restaurant Manager role, ideally within a lifestyle hotel or multi outlet business. Strong experience managing multiple venues, high volume service, and labour planning is essential. Pre opening experience, events and nightlife exposure, and fluency in Portuguese and English are highly desirable.
