You’ll be the go-to person for Travel agencies and our guests, helping them plan and tailor their perfect trips, offering thoughtful advice, and making every detail run smoothly. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU LIVE NEAR FARO :-) Tasks • Chat with Travel agencies and clients/guests to understand their cycling vacation needs and preferences. • Design and customize cycling tours and travel itineraries in the Algarve region. • Coordinate tour & bike rental bookings (online & in-shop) • Communicate smoothly with clients and partners • Lead welcome meetings & share key information with guests • Deliver professional, friendly, solution-oriented service throughout their stay • Coordinate with local hotels, transport agencies, and guides to ensure seamless travel experiences.
