EinleitungZur Verstärkung des Service - Teams unseres Hotel- und Gastronomiebetriebs im Stift St. Georgen am Längsee suchen wir ab sofort CHEF DE RANG (m/w/d) (Vollzeit - 40 Stunden) Schwerpunkte des AufgabengebietesFachgerechte und herzliche Gästebetreuung und -bewirtung im Restaurant und Veranstaltungsbereich Getränke- und Speiseservice Sichere Kenntnis über Speise- und Getränkekarte, sowie Tagesangebote Aktiver Verkauf Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts gemäß Veranstaltungs-Function Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten im Restaurant, wie Eindecken von Tischen und Tafeln Bereitstellung des erforderlichen Mise-en-place Ordnungsgemäßes Durchführen von Buchungsvorgängen und Abrechnungsformalitäten Achten auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit im gesamten Restaurant- und Arbeitsbereich Fachgerechte Nutzung und Reinigung der verwendeten Geräte und Materialien Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und HACCP-Vorgaben Überzeugte Umsetzung der ausgegebenen Standards und Richtlinien Arbeitszeit und Entlohnung Saisonstelle oder langfristige Stelle möglich Vollzeit - 40 Stunden / 5-Tagewoche genaue Arbeitszeit nach Absprache mit dem Dienstgeber Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst im Rad Betriebsurlaub von Weihnachten bis Mitte Jänner Gutes Betriebsklima Köstliche Mitarbeiterverpflegung Mitarbeiterquartier verfügbar Kostenloser Eintritt ins Stiftsbad Marktkonforme Bezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
