Zur Verstärkung unseres Front Office Teams suchen wir für die kommende Sommersaison einen engagierten und serviceorientierten Front Office Agent / Rezeptionist (m/w), der unsere Gäste professionell empfängt und betreut. SIE Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Dienstleistungsbereich Erfahrung an der Rezeption eines Hotels, idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Service- und Gästeorientierung Selbständige, zuverlässige und freundliche Arbeitsweise Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in hektischen Situationen Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten WIR BIETENInteressante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem 110-jährigem Haus mit Tradition Zeitgemässe Entlöhnung und Sozialleistungen Überobligatorische Vorsorge für langjährige Mitarbeitende Treueprämie nach 10 Saisons Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Unterbringung 13. • Professioneller Empfang und Check-in/-out der Gäste • Kompetente und freundliche Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen • Koordination und Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Gästeservice • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben an der Rezeption • Abwicklung von Zahlungen und Verwaltung der Gästekonten • Sicherstellung eines gepflegten und einladenden Empfangsbereichs
