Calmavista Lda is a family business that was founded by Andrea and Matthias Neuner, a German couple, in 2022 with the vision to offer stylish and contemporary holiday homes in the lower Douro valley.
Casa Calmavista is currently under construction and will start its commercial operation in August 2025. The estate offers several Alojamente Local units overlooking the Douro: a house with 4 bedrooms and 3 apartments: 1x T2 and 2 x T1.
