Hotelston is a fast growing wholesale (B2B) travel service reservation company. Our product Hotelston.com is used by over 6000 travel agents and tour operators in Central and Eastern Europe. Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.

In order to provide the best support for our customers. We are growing and currently looking for an English Customer Support Specialist (B2B):

Tasks:

- Provide customer support by phone and email
- Manage travel service (hotel, transfer, attraction) bookings
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Manage and review contracts
- Handle special offers, stop sales

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Attention to details
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-oriented communication skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays (depends from agreement)
