What will you have to do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure excellent knowledge of drink recipes and bar menus
Provide recommendations and upsell beverages to guests
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and hotel standards
Assist in stock management and inventory control
What are we looking for
Previous experience as a bartender
Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
