Come to join our Front Office Team at Petunia Ibiza.
Your principal challenges will be: -To manage reservations, including pre-arrival, arrival, in house & departure and post stay. -Manage front desk operations by completing a daily checklist of important tasks, making decisions for the best interests of the hotel. -To aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner. -Assist reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, housekeeping and the food and beverage department with any questions or requests. -Respond promptly to guest requirements and ensure any request is taken care effectively and in timely manner. -To be fully aware of the resort facilities and promote them whenever possible. -Receive payments by cash, credit cards, checks, etc. - Maintain regular contact with all Guests of the Hotel, and to answer phone calls according to our standards. -To take personal responsibility in a guest situation to ensure that it gets resolved efficiently and follow-up to ensure that the guest leaves feeling satisfied.
¿What do we offer? We are offering a temporary contract until beginning of November, with the possibility to extend in Ibiza or in any other hotel within the Company. Titulación mínima: FP Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años Categoría profesional: Empleado Residencia: UE
¿What do you need to apply? - Ideally to have worked previously (at least 2 years) as a hotel Front Desk Specialist/Receptionist, doing reservations and having guest relations roles, as well as having experience handling cash and credit transactions. - Previous experience in a Boutique Hotel would be an advantage. - Able to work flexibly including weekends, early and late shifts. - Ability to communicate in English, the applicant must communicate well with guests. Any additional language is a plus. - Able to work well in a team and under pressure. - Previous experience using Tesipro PMS is an advantage.
