You will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all food preparation and presentation functions carried out in all the kitchens. Your role will be crucial in designing restaurant menus based on available food, cost, season and estimated business. You will also be responsible for the financial, administrational and operational aspects of the entire culinary division, achieving the economic and quality departmental goals, ensuring the correct implementation of the corresponding Company F&B Service and Product Standards, supervise the day-to-day operation of all restaurant employees, stewarding department, facilities, sales and costs.

Idioma imprescindible: Español - Profesional
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar position at 5* hotels
- Degree or equivalent according to the position
- Positive attitude, showing the ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Expertise and experience with buffet & a la carte service, costs control, ratios & budget management, maintaining and raising the profit
margins on food.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, customer orientation, initiative and teamwork
- High Level in English & Spanish
- Innovative and knowledge of modern cuisine will be an asset
- Good knowledge of all phases of F&B operation; Maintain adherence to high cooking and hygiene standard
- Experience Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs;
