Key Responsibilities Child Supervision: Supervise and care for children of various ages with attention and responsibility. Activities: Organize and participate in creative games, sports, and entertainment activities. Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during their time in the Kids Club. Communication: Maintain positive communication with parents, providing information about activities and their child’s experience. Cleanliness: Keep the Kids Club area clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a hotel, camp, or childcare setting. • Fluency in English. • Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French). • Genuine love for working with children and a positive, energetic attitude. • Ability to plan and lead engaging activities for kids. • Responsible, patient, and good at communicating with both children and parents. • As part of our commitment to safeguarding children, all staff working in the Kids Club are expected to follow our safeguarding policies and procedures. All roles are subject to Criminal Records checks.
