Being part of the Center of Expertise of Talent, Learning & Development the mission of the Talent Specialist will be to define, set-up, roll-out and evolve the talent acquisition, the performance management and the talent review processes, together with the continuous listening program, within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.
What will you do?
Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Continuous Listening Program: Collaborate in the definition, set-up, roll-out, and follow-up of various activities involved in the continuous listening program, including the Engagement Survey, Pulse Survey and Team Member Cycle (e.g. Candidate Experience, Onboarding, Offboarding).
Performance Management & Talent Review Processes: Assist in the preparation, system setup (Success Factors), training and internal communication campaigns of these 2 key processes throughout the year.
Application Tracking System (ATS) Support: Serve as a reference point for all Business Units in the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas by resolving queries, conducting regular catchups, delivering training, analyzing data, and providing ongoing support to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Career Page: Play an active role in the setup, definition, and launch of the new regional Career Page, collaborating with various stakeholders, external and internal.
Strategic Partnerships: Manage relationships with strategic Hotel Schools and collaborate in defining and following up on the collaboration plan to enhance our employer brand.
Talent Acquisition Projects: Support ongoing projects to promote internal mobility, including internal newsletters, task forces, new openings, and performance campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations to support the decision-making process related to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Review and Listening processes.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company or in an international HR consulting firm.
High command of English and Spanish (C1), both written and spoken, is a must as a daily work tools.
Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration).
A master’s degree in HR related field will be valued.
Experience with Application Tracking Systems - ATS (Success Factors) and Surveys platforms (Qualtrics) will be highly valued.
Highly proficient in MS Office, with strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
International experience will be a plus.
High interest in new technologies.
