We are looking for talented and passionate staff to join our team. The selected person will collaborate in the creation and supervision of the restaurant's offering, as well as supervise other staff members, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet the restaurant's standards.
You will need to be willing to learn, it is necessary good presentation skills and important to enjoy interacting with the public.

Position Description:
- Oversee daily production, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Lead and train the kitchen team alongside the Head Chef, fostering a positive and creative work environment.
- Manage inventory and ingredient procurement, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other members of the culinary team to align the kitchen offering with the restaurant's overall vision.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
General Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and fine dining/gourmet restaurants.
- Ambitious individual within the scope of their work.
- Academic training in cooking and a deep understanding of pastry making is preferred.
- Creative skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- English level B1 essential;
