Your Task:

  • First contact with customers in order to create a customised offer for the customer
  • Preparation of documents and necessary information for appointments and meetings
  • Carrying out follow-up and handling complaints
  • Contract negotiations
  • Professional instruction and supervision of trainees and interns
  • Detailed knowledge of the hotel's range of offers and all possibilities to meet the guests' wishes

 

Your Profil:

  • Organisational talent, structured & independent work and problem-solving skills
  • Professional experience in event sales and coordination is an advantage, but not essential
  • Flexibility, independence, initiative 
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills; other languages an advantage
  • Initial IT skills: Hotel programme Opera Cloud, MS Office (365) an advantage 
  • Very good communication skills and empathy
