Cafeteria & Bar Attendant

LUX Tennis is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Cafeteria & Bar Attendant to join our team at the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center in Puntacana Resort. You will be the welcoming face of our cafeteria, serving villa owners and guests before and after their tennis, padel and pickleball activities. We are looking for someone positive, reliable and organized who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests.

Your Responsibilities:
• Welcome villa owners and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve drinks, coffee and light snacks
• Take orders and handle payments
• Open and close the cafeteria and ensure everything is ready for service
• Keep the cafeteria clean, organized and well presented throughout the day
• Monitor stock and ensure products and supplies are always available
• Place orders, receive deliveries and carry out regular stock checks • Follow hygiene and food-handling standards
• Work closely with the Tennis Center team to provide an excellent overall guest experience

Working Schedule:
• Monday: 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Sunday: Off

What We Are Looking For:
• Legal authorization to work in the Dominican Republic
• Previous experience in a cafe, bar, restaurant, hotel or similar guest-facing role
• Friendly, positive and comfortable interacting with villa owners and international guests
• Conversational English
• Organized, reliable and able to work independently
• Experience in a hotel, resort or sports club is a plus
• Additional languages are a plus
