Mission: You are responsible for the sales area in our region south germany including five hotels of three different brands.
Your tasks:
You will develop a commercial strategy in line with the business plan and revenue budget for the hotels in your area of responsibility
You define sales targets in collaboration with colleagues from Revenue Management
You develop the Commercial Strategy aligning with Business Plan and revenue budget for hotels and signature restaurant OBEN in our hotel Meliá Frankfurt City in your own resposibilty
You monitor and coordinate the sales targets and take the necessary measures to achieve them
You lead and motivate your entire sales team to ensure that targets are met
You create budgets that are aligned with the action plans for different business sources and markets
You lead regular follow-up meetings and present your region together with Revenue Management
You look after your hotels and are in close contact with the General Managers
You maintain relationships and represent the Meliá Hotels International brand
You work closely with our marketing team
You report directly to the Sales VP in Spain
What we are looking for:
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
You have a very good command of German and English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
You are passionate about your job, have strong communication skills and are passionate about customer contact
You enjoy working with numbers and have analytical skills
You see your team as a whole and can still respond individually to individual strengths and requirements
You know the market
