• Skillful and sensitive host • Restaurant specialist and further training as a sommelier/ière, several years of professional experience in the luxury hotel industry and upscale gastronomy • Knowledge and appreciation of wines from Switzerland • Fluent in German, French and English • Well-groomed manners with a good portion of warmth, flexibility, sense of responsibility, confident demeanor, attention to detail • Guest-oriented, professional work and sales skills
