We are looking for Marketing Internship (1 year) - Ho Chi Minh Corporate Office.

 

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Intern/Assistant to support the Regional Marketing Department of Melia Hotels International. This role will help you gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, social media strategy, corporate communication, public relations and brand strategy implementation across the region, specifically in the exciting tourism and hospitality industry.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Assist in developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns at both regional and hotel levels.
•    Support in preparing marketing plans and performance reports.
•    Assist in planning and executing photo and video shootings.
•    Monitor and tracking of social media accounts, influencers through corporate tools such as Hootsuite and Traackr.  
•    Help ensure brand message consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across the region.
•    Support in the creation of content for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
•    Assist in designing marketing materials using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Skills
•    Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, English language, Hospitality, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
•    Strong passion for marketing, social media, photography, audiovisual creation and design.
•    Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese (other languages like Spanish or Chinese are a plus).
•    Experience with Canva and PowerPoint is required.
•    Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is highly valued.
•    Familiarity with copywriting, video editing, or photography is a plus.
•    Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
