Deine Aufgaben in unserer naturellness SPALeitung und Organisation der naturellness SPA Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im täglichen Betrieb Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste bei Anwendungen und Angeboten Qualitätskontrolle und Weiterentwicklung des SPA-Konzepts Organisation von Behandlungen, Anwendungen und Programmen Warenbestellung, Lagerverwaltung und Produktpflege Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Wohlfühlatmosphäre Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des SPA-Teams Wir bieten dir5 oder 6 Tagewoche Saison von 10,5 Monate Einzelzimmer im Mitarbeiterhaus Überdurchschnittliche Bezahlung Motiviertes Team und gutes Arbeitsklima Familiärer Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Gastgeberfamilie Nutzung des Fitnessstudios Nutzung der SPA und Saunen Kostenfreie Teilnahme an Yogastunden 50 % Ermäßigung auf Aufenthalte in allen Belvita, Vitalpina und Wanderhotels 20% Ermäßigung auf SPA-Behandlungen, Hotelshop und Getränke Verpflegung auch an freien Tagen Mitarbeiter Abende Mitarbeiterausflüge Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
Requisitos
