Are you a dynamic and proactive sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities? At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, we are looking for a Proactive Sales Manager focused on attracting new clients in the MICE, Corporate, and Leisure segments, as well as representing the hotel at industry fairs and events.
You will play a key role in our external sales strategy, traveling up to 60% of the time to develop partnerships, attend events, and strengthen the hotel’s presence in strategic markets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel sales.
Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
Results-driven mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Titulación mínima: Bachillerato/COU
Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años
