Your opportunity in Turijobs:
As a part of the Sales Team, you're directly responsible for partnering with small hospitality companies to display them on our Turijobs platform. As a Turijobs Inside sales you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team and you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. You will be responsible for creating a pipeline of and signing up local hospitality companies around Spain. In some cases, they will be existing cities that will need you focusing on increasing content or figure out the best restaurants & hotels in town and convince them to join Turijobs; in some others you will have to build new portfolios of Tourism companies from scratch in a matter of weeks and subsequently grow them to ensure enough content quality in the Region.
Be a part of the Turijobs Sales Team where you will:
Identify the recruitment needs of our current customers and convince them to join Turijobs.
Always be passionate about hospitality and human resources. Be aware of the coolest places, events, and new openings in your area / portfolio.
Be responsible for the entire sales process with new clients to source and negotiate the best Turijobs talent solution for them.
Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company.
Daily report with the tasks executed (calls, prospects, new business)

Experiencia: 1 año

You have:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or hospitality background
Humble with passion for hospitality will be super important.
Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English
Previous experience using Salesforce will be valued.
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.
Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills.
Self-starter who can work in a highly demanding environment.
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
