Guest Experience & Sales Agent

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Guest Experience & Sales Agent to join our team.
More than simply selling tickets, you'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, recommending the best options, and creating outstanding experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

What You'll Do
Proactively engage with customers, identifying their needs and preferences;
Recommend the most suitable products and ticket options to maximize customer value;
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth;
Deliver exceptional customer experience through personalized and consultative service;
Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently using the ticketing system;
Handle payments through approved payment methods;
Manage cash operations, including opening, balancing, and closing procedures;
Provide information on schedules, fares, and access points;
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required;
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree (mandatory);
Previous experience in sales, tourism , retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar customer-facing roles;
Strong command of English (mandatory);
Additional language skills are an advantage;
Experience with cash handling, and payment processing is a plus.
