We are looking for an Operations Manager.

What will you be responsible for?

Supervise and lead the operations team, including department supervisors and service personnel.

Coordinate the daily operations of the different departments of the hotel.

Ensure that all operational procedures are being followed in accordance with established quality and safety standards.

Implement continuous improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience of at least 4 years in operational management roles in the hotel industry, preferably in luxury hotels.

Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.

Customer orientation and commitment to excellence in service.

College degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
