Cashier (M/F) - Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort

What will be your mission?

As Cashier, you will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results.

What will you do?

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations.
• Greet guests and accompany them to their table.
• Monitor the table rotation.
• Issue invoices and receive respective payments.
• Recognize the importance of a "sale" in all its aspects.
• Have a deep knowledge of the services and prices charged.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Good level of English both verbal and written.
