Come and work with us. We are looking for a French Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: Supports Quality scaled quality audits that reviews interactions across all lines of businesses across modalities ( InApp, Chat, Phone). This will be an audit the auditor program that will focus on audited interactions from the client's CoE’s. Reviews previously adjudicated documents to assess if the reviewer / agent followed business and compliance requirements for the client. Leads and facilitates alignment sessions with the BPOs. Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and provide constructive feedback to the client. Analyzes Quality trend and provides recommendations for the program supported. Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies. Ensures that all team members (Foundever) comply fully with the security policies and requirements of Foundever and its Clients, ensuring staff is given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified. To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Native or proficient French Professional-level proficiency in English (minimum B2 English language capabilities) Knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Good working knowledge of computer i.e. MS-Office Good eye for detailing, proactively identifying gaps in processes and flag it to internal leadership & client as appropriate Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor Ability to multi task multiple activities by effective delegation and monitoring Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h Availability to work 100% from our site in Porto Education and experience. Minimum – 12 months of QA experience Should be at least one certified/finalized professional education Good performance and behaviors in your current role
