Big Mamma is a french-italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 24 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

Commis de cuisine / Kitchen clerk 🍝👩🏻‍🍳

Your missions:

• Working in a brigade where you'll be trained in all the basics of the trade.

• Prepare mise en place and take part in service in a dynamic environment.

• Develop your technical knowledge of different types of preparation, cooking and use of kitchen equipment.

• Manage priorities and communicate with the rest of the team.

• Apply your knowledge of hygiene and safety.

Our offer :

• Unlimited working contract - 38H/week with 2 consecutive days off
