MISSION:
The Head Concierge, as an expert advisor and true ambassador of the destination, is responsible for leading the Concierge team and curating exceptional guest experiences. This role defines and implements personalized services and offerings, ensuring operational excellence and the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Concierge team and oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless, personalized guest service.
Design and deliver tailored destination experiences aligned with guest preferences.
Manage and resolve guest requests and incidents efficiently, using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Ensure adherence to service standards, brand protocols, and safety procedures.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging customer experience tools and feedback data.
Optimize departmental resources and coordinate with other departments to elevate the guest journey.
Requirements:
Background in Tourism, Social Sciences, PR, or similar fields.
Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role in luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and committed to excellence.
In-depth knowledge of the destination and luxury service standards.
Preferably a member of Les Clefs d'Or (Chiavi d’Oro).
