MISSION
As a Front Office Intern, you will support the daily operations of the front desk while gaining hands-on experience in customer service within a luxury hospitality environment. You'll work closely with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Front Office team in welcoming guests and personalizing their experience.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as check-in/check-out procedures, guest profile updates, and administrative duties.
  • Learn how to handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

  • Help ensure proper service for VIP arrivals and support upselling initiatives.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving guest service.

 

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Learn and apply brand standards and service protocols.

  • Contribute to creating personalized experiences by anticipating guest needs.

  • Support the team in handling guest incidents and escalate when necessary.

  • Promote the hotel's Sensory Architecture, services, events, and experiences.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

  • Experience: Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and interest in hotel operations and guest relations.
