MISSION
Support the Hostess team in managing all activities related to guest welcoming and service, ensuring an excellent customer experience while gaining valuable professional skills in the hospitality industry.

RESPONSABILITIES

Assist in welcoming hotel and external guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
Support communication with guests regarding reservations via email and phone.
Help ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and follow up to assess service satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A natural attitude for public relations and guest service.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong motivation for learning and professional growth.
