What will be your mission? This position supports the technical assessment and early-stage development of hotel projects, including refurbishments and new builds. It involves coordinating due diligence, preparing cost estimates, assisting with planning procedures, and managing technical documentation. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners is also required to ensure project feasibility and alignment with company standards.What will you do? • Assistance and technical analysis of hotel projects during initial stages of national and international project development, including refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings and greenfield projects. • Hire, coordinate and supervise with other MH Departments and third companies (advisors, engineering and architecture offices, etc) detailed analysis of assets (Technical Due Diligence) • Elaborate Cost estimations for Development Operations – for further approval • Give support in planning processes to obtain planning permissions. • Handover of documentation to Business Units Project Managers and provide them support during initial stages of preconstruction process. • Give support to Building, Engineering and Maintenance Department in strategic projects. • Provide support to Contract management. • Manage Technical Services Agreements with 3rd parties. • Support to develop new standards and procedures, RFP & RFQ management. What are we looking for? EXPERIENCEAt least 4 years working in hospitality sector and 10 year of total experience are required. QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s degree in architecture. • Hospitality sector knowledge. Experience in other Hotel Chains or Architecture offices developing Hospitality projects is required. • Knowledge in Urban regulation / planning processes. • Real Estate Development Knowledge / experience. • Be used to work in other languages, with best practices and technical regulations • English advanced level or similar required, other languages will be considered. • Advanced skills in Cad / Office required.
