Essential Functions:
• Conduct regular sales calls and visits to potential and existing corporate clients to strengthen relationships and drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to companies and agencies through on-site meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups
• Maintain an active presence in the market by attending in-person meetings and networking events to secure new revenue commitments
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to match company needs with hotel services.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution to build long-term partnerships.
• Track sales performance, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, meetings, and sales activities for reporting and goal tracking.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience.
• Travel industry experience preferred, but candidates with sales backgrounds will be considered.
• Strong customer service skills, including understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ability to assess situations and make sound business decisions.
• Analytical skills for understanding reports and driving revenue growth
• Ability to learn from past experiences to improve future decisions.
• Strong communication skills—clear and concise writing, persuasive verbal skills, and active listening.
Titulación mínima: Diplomatura
