You are responsible for your station, your team and the consistency of every dish leaving your section. In our restaurant Coccodrillo in Berlin, you’ll work in a structured, high-volume kitchen where organization, leadership and precision make the difference. 🚀 Your role & impact As a Chef de Partie, you take full ownership of your section: • Manage your station independently during prep and service • Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes • Lead and support a small team of Commis • Organize Mise en place and manage priorities • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow • Apply and maintain hygiene standards (HACCP) • Support stock control and basic food cost management 👉 You are not just executing — you are leading your section. 💡 What we’re looking for • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef level • Experience in structured kitchen environments • Ability to lead and support junior team members • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Motivation to grow and take on more responsibility 👉 German or English required; Italian is a plus 💰 What we offer • Unbefristeter Vertrag • Vollzeit + 2 feste freie Tage • Attractive salary + Trinkgeld • 🍝 Daily Mitarbeiteressen + staff discount • 🌍 Career growth opportunities across Germany & Europe • A structured kitchen with real development paths • ❤️ Who we are Big Mamma is a fast-growing French-Italian restaurant group with 30+ locations across Europe.
