We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie – Cold Section to join our kitchen teams across our Central London restaurants. The Role You’ll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, leading the cold section and ensuring every antipasto, insalata and fresh starter leaves the pass with precision and pride. This is a key leadership role within the kitchen, where organisation, consistency and energy drive the service. You will: • Oversee the cold section and preparation of antipasti, insalate and fresh starters • Ensure recipes, presentation and quality standards are consistently respected • Onboard and train new cold section and prep chefs • Work closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth and efficient service • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety • Bring positive leadership and a problem-solving mindset to every shift • Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate At Big Mamma, the first plate sets the tone - and you make sure it’s unforgettable. What We’re Looking For • A big smile and real passion for Italian food • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie • Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills • Great energy and proactive attitude during busy services • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Experience in high-volume kitchens is a strong plus.
