ABOUT OUR OFFER Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 24,500€ gross/year. ABOUT THE JOB You will create, deliver and supervise a fun & exciting age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments. Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco. Lead a national or international team in a fun, safe environment by coaching, guiding, and managing team performance in addition to celebrating success using weekly guest feedback. You also ensure that health and safety standards are always maintained to the highest standards, as set out in the childcare handbook. And finally, you will support your TUI colleagues by answering parents/guardians’ questions and solving problems. Requisitos
You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions. Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care. Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure. You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions. You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team.
