Big Mamma is a Franco-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 24 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

Our mission? To share the special ambience of the finest places in the Italian tradition, by creating unique moments of sharing with our customers.

We are loooking for a Host or Hostess 20 hour per week for our restaurant Edmondo in Hohe Bleichen 17, 20354 Hamburg

Host/Hostess (m/w/d)🙍🏽‍♀️🙍🏼

Your Mission:

• A single watchword: welcoming all our customers with the BIG SMILE!


• Take our customers on a journey to Italy and give them the best time of their day.


• Learn all the secrets of our Seven Room reservation software to become an expert in reservation management and table optimization.


• Understand the type of customer you're dealing with, manage stress well and find the right solutions to the problems you face.


• Become an expert in the art of easing the wait.
