• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, strictly in a 5-star (Superior) property • Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification • Excellent command of English and at least German or French; additional languages are an advantage • Confident use of PMS systems such as Protel and MS Office • Confident, discreet, and empathetic communication at the highest level • Strong service mentality, professionalism, and a personal drive for perfection • Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently—even during busy periods • Well-groomed appearance, team spirit, and loyalty to our values
