WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
-Ensure smooth and seamless reservations processes together with the team
-Send booking confirmations, modifications and cancellations for Bikini Hotel Port de Sóller & Bikini Hotel Es Trenc
-Enter manual bookings into Opera Cloud, filling in guest- and reservation profiles accurately
-Maintaining guest-and reservations data base
-In charge of checking OTA & TA reservations received through the Channel Manager
-Prepare and send payment links according to Rate Code, send follow-ups if payment deadlines are missed
-Handle all incoming individual, Yoga and Group inquiries (by phone or e-mail)
-Stay cool – be organized and mindful about each task: sending the 5th modification, answering repetitive questions, adding Traces, Notes --and Alerts…
-Be informed about seasonal packages and special promotions and share the information with your team members and management proactively
-Reporting directly to Reservations and Revenue Manager; in their absence to Rooms Operations Manager
