Job summary: Direct responsibility for E-Commerce revenues for the MHI hotel portfolio in the Americas. Responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of the distribution and sales strategies in melia.com, Contact Centre, the APP and OTAs: sales strategy, tactical actions, content management, participation in campaigns and participation in the definition of the investment strategy in digital marketing.
What You'll Do:
Participate in the definition of the sales strategy for the E-Commerce segment: Direct Sales and OTAs, providing information on the actual state of the business and all required inputs.
Define and supervise the implementation of E-Commerce strategy in the hotels under their responsibility, ensuring alignment with other segments and with the Revenue Management team.
Guarantee the definition of the sales strategy for the Contact Centre for each geographic area/hotel.
Prepare and validate the annual revenue budget for the E-Commerce segment together with the Revenue Management team and using the standard corporate tools.
Define the E-Commerce revenue budget on a quarterly basis based on booking date in order to coordinate objectives for key accounts.
Understand and participate in the evolution of the MHI pricing model in order to guarantee its correct application in the E-Commerce segment.
Ensure the correct application of rates in the E-Commerce segment to ensure acceptable levels of price accuracy.
Lead the coordination of the rate/offer loading process together with the Revenue Management team for campaigns in their geographic area.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of three years in a similar role.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English; other languages are highly valued.
