As a Reservations Staff, you will record all details of incoming calls and coordinate each reservation ensuring guest satisfaction.
What will you do?
Encourage upselling and meeting set revenue targets each month.
Be fully aware of the hotel's sales strategy, rates, packages, groups and booking status at all times.
Process and respond within 24 hours to all reservation requests according to standards.
Be up-to-date with current hotel information and data including room types, rates, facilities, F&B departments and promotions.
Maximize quality levels of product, service and guest satisfaction.
Ensure that all guest satisfaction issues are reported, monitored and followed up in a timely manner.
Monitor daily arrivals by ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled and that all expectations are met.
Attend hotel events, daily briefings and training to enhance professional skills.
What are we looking for?
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
Stress resistance and an organized working method.
Flexibility, accuracy and helpfulness.
Good level of English both verbal and written
Always thinking one step ahead and attention to detail.
Relevant work experience is a plus.
